1. B2B Account Policy

Ocean Distro LLC distributes strictly to verified commercial and retail accounts. We do not sell directly to end consumers.

2. Channel Integrity & Authorized Reselling

Ocean Distro LLC strictly prohibits unauthorized reselling on third-party online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and TikTok Shop. Distribution is restricted to authorized physical and direct B2B channels.

3. MAP Policy Enforcement

We strictly adhere to and enforce brand Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines across all distributed lines to protect brand integrity and pricing structure.
